You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btcuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. btcuci's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their btcuci account in the 12 months preceding the claim.
btcuci provides the Platform "as is" and makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or its content.
btcuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) btcuci reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; (c) required by applicable law or regulatory instruction; (d) the player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe. Players may also request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting btcuci support.
Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
